Massage & Bodywork

Do I Need Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage?

Swedish Massage is a full-body relaxation massage utilizing light to medium pressure and traditional Swedish Massage strokes.

Deep Tissue Massage utilizes medium to deep pressure and specific deep tissue techniques. Deep Tissue massage can be full body and / or can focus on specific areas of tension or discomfort.  If you prefer a full-body session AND have areas you’d like focus on, we suggest scheduling a 90, 120 or 180 minutes.  60 and 75 minute sessions are typically full-body OR focused on a couple of areas, but not both.

All of our therapists are trained in Deep Tissue Massage, but have slightly different styles and approaches. Please read STAFF BIOS to help you in your selection or feel free to call us for more information.
