Ayurvedic Massage

Handed down
from the ancient traditions of India, this treatment
begins with a full body dry brushing to exfoliate the
skin and is followed by a relaxing full body massage
aiding in the elimination of toxins and skin

Reflexology Massage
~ In the Chinese tradition, the feet and hands mirror
the entire body. This full body massage has a focus on
these extremities and will reconnect your body into

~ This full body massage focuses on your face and neck
region. Acupressure facial massage techniques can

Facial Reflexology
~ This full body massage focuses on the facial and jaw
muscles that when in a chronic state of tension can lead
to headaches, migraines and facial discomfort. This work
is also very helpful for those who clench their jaw,
grind their teeth or who have TMJ or sinus pain. Cool
stones can be added to this treatment to reduce
inflammation and tightness in these areas.

Heated Sacred Stone
Massage ~
Let the warmth, the weight and the hypnotic gliding of
warm river stones radiate throughout your body. The
heated stones are used in conjunction with traditional

emotional, mental and physical state. Each formula is
blended to create a synergistic effect not only in how

Couples Massage
~
You will start off your visit with a
luxuriating soak in the outdoor hot tub. Then, one at a
time, each person will receive an hour long massage while
the other person enjoys the hot tub or has a snack and a cup
of tea. Whether it is your special loved one or
a beloved friend, this is sure to be an occasion to
remember. ~

Tummy Tonic
~ This massage has a focus on the abdominal and organ
system. Soothing abdominal massage assists in relieving
the tension that we often hold in this area as a result
of stress and restricted breathing patterns. It will
also facilitate an opening in the solar plexus and the
rib cage. A castor oil pack will be applied to the
abdominal area for the remaining part of the massage.
The combination of castor oil and applied heat has the
ability to calm the abdominal area, draw out toxins that
are stored in the organ system and aid in assimilation,
elimination and circulation.

Pre &
Post Natal Massage - Massage during pregnancy is
therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs
of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the
dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. Massage
therapy is not only important before childbirth, but
also after. Post-natal massage focuses on helping to
restore your body to its pre-pregnancy condition by
retraining muscles and connective tissue.

– Start with a signature massage and add any of the
10-20 minute mini treatments to create a custom tailored

Massage 101
~ Learn the fundamentals, basic strokes and
techniques of Swedish Massage. Includes instruction,
handouts and supervised practice time for both
people. You will leave with the basic understanding
of giving and receiving a therapeutic massage. Can
accommodate up to 12 people.

Nutrition 101
~ If you experience low energy, food cravings,
indigestion, IBS, acid reflux, mood swings, insomnia or
similar symptoms your food regimen may need an overhaul.
Learn the basics of eating a "clean" diet and understand
the concept of proper food combining and acid vs.
alkaline foods. Other concepts like ayurveda, blood
type, and basic supplementation will be discussed as
well. Detoxify, cleanse and lose weight naturally.

Wellville can be
rented by individuals or groups. It is a beautiful
space for a gathering, office space, workshops,
presentations etc. You can rent the entire space which
includes 3 treatment rooms, full reception or gathering
area, full kitchen, full bathroom, private back porch
with outdoor hot tub, and a full sized front porch. It
can be rented by the hour, day, week or month. Please
