3. shopping – your basic shopping list, how to shop for 1 person, how to shop for a family with various tastes
4. food storage – how to store veggies to keep them fresh
5. EASY to prepare (15mins or less) plant- based meals that you and / or your entire family will love – THROW OUT your recipes!!
