Kinesiotaping (done post-massage) : Lends support and stability to joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It can be used for preventative maintenance, edema, and pain, especially for athletes who experience repetitive stress on certain areas.
Contraindications: Any area that requires treatment should be free from excess hair or skin infection. A allergy test of the product will be conducted at the beginning of the session to prevent unwanted skin reactions. $25 (15 minutes)

Acupuncture Mini-Treatment : Dry Needling, or Ashi Acupuncture as it’s called within the scope of Chinese Medicinal practices, is a technique of quick insertion and manipulation into trigger points or tightened musculature to release tension and relieve pain, local and referral. Gua sha : The scraping of the skin in a unilateral direction causes micro-traumas to the fine capillaries in the skin, causing increased blood flow to the problem areas and helps to improve the pliability of the underlying fascia, causing it to soften and release. Although the application doesn’t break the skin, it’s results can be dramatic, looking similar to a scrape or bruise. The area should begin to clear immediately and rarely lasts more than a few days to a week. $25 (15 minutes)
Ionic Detoxification Foot Bath : An electric module is placed into the water and emits negative ions. The negative ionic water is absorbed through the feet and helps to neutralize the positively charged toxic cells. A gentle cleanse for the body and a good support for a larger cleanse. Cupping Therapy : A process of applying glass or plastic suction cups to move stagnation by loosening tight musculature, softening fascia, and promoting circulation of blood and fluids.
