Raindrop Technique

Additional Info:

Raindrop Technique or “Raindrop Therapy” was created by Dr. Gary Young in the 1980′s. Dr. Young used specific essential oils as part of his own natural therapy to recover from a serious logging accident. During his extensive research he studied the effect of using therapeutic essential oils for chronic back pain, scoliosis and other muscle problems. The Raindrop Technique uses Living Young essential oils, therapeutic essential oils that have antibacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. They support the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and immune systems of the body.

The Raindrop Technique is a gentle, non-invasive treatment. It incorporates Vita Flex, reflexology and light massage techniques. It provides balance to the energy centers of the body and assists them in opening and releasing.

Purpose
The Purpose of Raindrop Technique is to stimulate every organ, muscle and bone of the body at a cellular level through therapeutic grade oils. RT also boosts the immune system, bringing the body into structural and electrical balance, and enables the release of toxins wherever they may be lodged, including in the mind and emotions. When performed in silence, the facilitator can serve as a better channel while the client internalizes and assists in the healing process. The objective is to awaken the receiver’s internal healing powers.

Aftercare
It is crucial for the client to drink plenty of water following a therapy session and avoid toxic fluids such as soda, coffee, or alcohol. Sometimes the detoxification process results in bodily soreness, headache, sinus drainage, coughing or a rash on the skin. While unpleasant, these symptoms are temporary and are merely an indication that the therapy is working. If this happens, double your water intake. The majority of Raindrop clients feel relaxed, energized and an increased sense of well-being.
