Kahle Mercer, Bodywork (he/him)
Kahle Mercer (he/him), NCLMBT #20024, received his massage certification from Durham Tech Community College. He is passionate about inviting clients into new relationship with their form, believing that our inner body is in a state of constant communication as well as adaptation and rewiring – as your bodyworker, he will assist you in identifying that voice and releasing any holds. Kahle facilitates an integrative approach to bodywork and tailors each session to your desired outcome. He believes there is no “standard” body and that the ideal body is the one which makes you feel most free. He regularly practices Tai Chi and Qigong and carries these elements of intentional movement, deep breathing, and energy release into his sessions.
Kahle enjoys working with clients who desire deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, swedish massage, and relaxing energy-based massage. As a queer trans bodyworker, he is excited to be able to offer a safe, uplifting, and trauma-informed space for folks of all identities, ages, and body types.
