• Kim Williams, Bodywork

Kimberly Williams, NCLMBT# 15900, is a graduate of The Healing Arts and Massage school since 2016 and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

She believes that every ‘body’ is unique and creates a custom massage using a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point & Myofascial Release. She views the client as an active participant in their own recovery and healing. Her goal as a therapist is to assist in the process.

Kim’s Deep Tissue Approach : Deep Tissue massage can be uncomfortable at times, but it should never be painful. When massage provokes a pain response, the client is no longer able to focus on the breathing and visualization cues that are given to help facilitate a letting go in the musculature. I take time to warm up the musculature as this allows deeper access to the underlying tissues. I “listen” to the body and stay aware of both verbal /nonverbal cues from my client.

Kim is a practitioner of the following modalities : Swedish, Deep Tissue, Warm Stone Massage, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Pre-Natal Massage and Ashiatsu.

  • William Rand, Bodywork

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience and over 10,000 hours in practice, I bring a deeply rooted passion and precision to my work as a massage therapist and bodyworker. I began my professional journey in my 20s, training at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy — the only internationally accredited massage therapy program in Central and South America and one of the most respected in the world.

In addition to my clinical bodywork practice, I also serve as a part-time EMT and first responder, running 9-1-1 emergency calls in a rural community just north of Durham. That front-line experience continually sharpens my understanding of human anatomy, trauma response, and functional recovery.

My bodywork is rooted in clinical-based massage therapy, functional movement, injury rehabilitation, and neuromuscular techniques. Whether I’m supporting recovery from injury, addressing chronic pain, or optimizing physical performance, my goal is always to meet each client where they are and help them move forward with greater strength, balance, and freedom.

Outside of work, I live close to the land — farming, fishing, gardening, hunting, surfing, and playing music.

  • Cheyenne Goodman, Bodywork

Cheyenne is native to the Verde Valley of Arizona. Growing up near Sedona, she was surrounded by the healing forces of Mother Earth’s love that led into the vortex of bodywork with friends who guided her along the path of self-care and, inevitably, her decision to become a practitioner of Massage Therapy in 2024.

Specializing in facilitating deep-rest for general wellbeing, she enjoys giving Lomi-Lomi massages for the relaxing ocean-like rhythm. Tapping into the central nervous system with craniosacral therapy and unlocking holding patterns throughout the body, assisting you to unfold as the lotus does, creating space between deep connective tissue so the internal ocean flows freely and heals itself more efficiently.

Starting young as a student in listening, she felt she had the power to heal with her hands and heart. Cheyenne is naturally caring and empathetic to energies. She offers meditation and touch to the shoulders, feet, hands, or abdomen, as a gift to worn and exhausted minds and bodies of family and friends. Her goals for the future are to be certified to practice Chi Nie Tsang with the public and be proficient in Eastern medicine. Second brain health, nature exposure, Qi Gong, movement and meditation are all part of her daily practices that she wishes to educate and help others to find harmony and balance in their lives where needed.

  • Kim Dupre, Colon Hydrotherapist & Bodywork

Kim began her healing arts journey in 1991 when she graduated from Stillpoint Center School of Massage in 1991. Her bodywork style has a specific focus on the lymphatic, digestive, nervous and connective tissue systems of the body.

While in massage school, Kim was inspired by one of her teachers who introduced her to the concept of “food as medicine” and the world of healthful eating. Her influence and a lifetime of digestive woes inspired her to become a colon hydrotherapist. Kim began practicing in 1995 and loved it from the beginning. She is advanced level certified through the International Association of Colon Therapists (I-ACT).

Kim’s nutritional coaching is heavily influenced by Ayurveda, the life science of India. Ayurveda uses nutrition and self-care to address imbalances that show up digestively, physically, emotionally and mentally. She is also influenced by the nutritional theories of Weston Price, Sally Fallon and Donna Gates who support the use of fermented foods, good fats and foods heavy in connective tissue like bone broth and gelatin.

In 2022, Kim became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and her focus is Yin Yoga, a challenging but meditative form of yoga that supports the connective tissues of the body. Through longer-held postures (3-5 minutes) connective tissues have the time they require to respond, lengthen and become more elastic and flexible. Yin Yoga relies heavily on the use of props so that every posture is accessible to every body no matter your level of fitness or flexibility.

Kim believes true health isn’t just physical - it’s emotional, mental and energetic in nature. Improving your state of health is not challenging, it simply requires a willingness to make small, incremental and consistent changes and a desire to become familiar with the rhythm of your body.

I look forward to supporting you in your wellness journey.
